On April 2, 2024 peacefully surrounded by his family, after 84 good years. Dearly loved husband of the late Marion and special friend of Win. Much loved Father and Father-in-law of Sharon and Lindsay; Robyn and Mike O'Hara; and Tracey and Anthony Heffernan. Treasured Grandad of Jolene and Peter; Hayden, Kirsten and Vaughan; Alex and Ollie and his7 Great-Grandchildren. Passed away peacefully on April 2, 2024, at Christchurch Hospital. Dearly loved son of the late Iris and Ralph. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Barry (dec) and Heather, John and Barbara (dec), Doug (dec) and Janette, Tex and Pauline, Pam and Ken Partridge, Bruce, Jeanette and Barry Davies, and Anne and Barry Griffin (Ashburton). Loved uncle of all his nieces and nephews.

He potters no more in his garden, he strolls no more down the path.
