The family of the late Lucy Sullivan wish to thank most

sincerely all relatives, friends and neighbours, Doctors, Nurses and staff at St Ann's Hospice and the M.R.I., for all the kindness,

sympathy, floral tributes and

donations to St Ann's Hospice in their very sad loss.
