Roy was my manager when I worked as Administrator in Human Resources at Xerox. I had a great deal of respect for him during this time. RIP Roy.

Helenanne and family; My heartfelt sympathy to you at this sad time.
Roy was a valued mentor to me in my career for many years. I admired his dedication to his work in different roles over many decades and enjoyed his sense of humour.
I remember with a big smile, the visits to your family home at Hallowe'en with a colleague, Karen. We could harder contain our laughter as Roy and Helenanne tried to figure out who was behind the costumes. Of course, once they did we were invited in for a visit. What fun!

I had wanted to express my deepest condolences to all of you.
We have lots of great memories of visiting with you guys in Toronto as well as up to the cottage in Maniwaki and the Ryder's cottage at Buck Lake.
I trust that Roy and Gerry and the old Gang are all having a beer right about now and sharing a few laughs together!
All the very best to you and your Family.

Roy was an true HR professional. He viewed employee advocacy as a primary responsibility, particularly when he saw unfair treatment. His colleagues and I very much appreciated his friendship and clearheaded judgment.

Uncle Roy was my confidant, my mentor, my idol and my best friend who will be sorely missed by both Cathy and I. I will cherish the memory of attending the 100th Grey Cup with my Uncle Roy to watch the Toronto Argonauts march to victory for the rest of my live. RIP Uncle Roy
