On June 26, 2013, suddenly at Wellington Hospital. Dearly loved and devoted wife of Carl and a much loved and adored mother and mother-in-law of Angela and Hamish Beard; Andrew and Sarah (UK); and Edwin (UK). A loved and adored grandmother of Hannah and Arun; Amy and Max; Louis, Wesley and Warren. Loved sister of Margaret (UK) and David and family (UK). In lieu of flowers, a donation to the National Heart Foundation of NZ, c/- PO Box 17160, Greenlane Auckland 1546 would be appreciated or may be made at the service. A celebration of Christine's life will be held at the Church of the Nativity, Alfred Street, on Friday, July 5, at 1.30pm followed by private cremation.

Shocked and saddened to hear of Christine's sudden death. She was such a busy lady. Always ready to give a helping hand. She will be missed at the golf club where she has worked on the committee for many years.
