David John (Dave):
Colleen, Sarah, Jared, Rebekah, Regan, Sam, Barbara, John, Philippa, Robyn and Andrea and their families would like to give their heartfelt thanks to all those who supported them in the sudden loss of their much loved husband, father, father-in-law, son, brother, brother-in-law and friend. The cards, flowers, food, visits, phone calls and emails were all greatly appreciated. Thank you to the medical staff at Barrington Medical, St John's Ambulance and the A and E doctors and nurses. To Fr Chris Friel and Phil Kingan a big thank you for making a highly stressful time run so smoothly. To Dave's friends at the Tramway Historical Society and Ferrymead Heritage Park, thank you for the use of the trams and Park for Dave's farewell. To all those who attended Dave's Requiem Mass and farewell, especially those who travelled from Australia and from around New Zealand to be with us, thank you. Very special thanks to Irene, Andrea and David who took such good care of us all. Words are not enough to express my gratitude for having you in our lives. As many addresses are not known please accept this as a
personal acknowledgement.
