David SMART Obituary

Pauline and family wish to thank all those who supported us after the death of David, a much loved son, brother, brother-in-law and uncle. Thank-you to all who attended David's funeral service and for the cards, phone calls and baking. We do appreciate your support. Thank-you to the Wairau Hospital and Wellington Hospital for the care and support given to David. Also thank-you to the Life Flight Rescue Helicopter. A special thanks to the Pelorus Rugby Club and all the supporters for your friendship and support given to David over many years.. He really enjoyed rugby with you all. Thank-you for those who were their to support him at the hospital. Thank-you to you all.
