Dorothy FORD Obituary

Of Paraparaumu, formerly of Wadestown and Nelson. Peacefully at Sevenoaks, Paraparaumu on Sunday, January 12, 2025. Aged 91 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Rex. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Joanna, Christopher (dec) and Christine, and Jonathan and Melanie. A much loved grandmother of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A service to celebrate Dorothy's life will be held at the Funeral Home Chapel, 9-11 Hinemoa Street, Paraparaumu on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at 11.00am, to be followed by private cremation. Oh Dorothy .Gosh i can see you right now with that lovely smile .We had so many great Chats in my hair salon .Such a lovely Woman Dorothy .Your wee stories about your trips to Lake Taupo with Rex .Your times with Joanna and Christopher( im sorry i didnt know you had lost him) and Jonathan.Some clients ive had over my 48 year career leave lasting impressions and you my dear are one.Go well and enjoy the peace you have earnt.Rest easy
