BROOK, Florence Isabel:
Died peacefully at Bob Scott Retirement Village, Petone, aged 95 years. Beloved wife, for 71 years, of the late Ernest. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Barry and Barbara (Wellington), Kevin (deceased) and Mary (Christchurch), and Tony and Sarah (London). Loved grandmother of Timothy, Michael, and Nicholas, Nicole and Kelly, Ben, Millie and Will. Great-grandmother of Emmeline and Alexander, Toby, Hugo and Oliver, Willa, Claudia, Olivia, Molly and Ella.

Messages to c/- PO Box 9, Blenheim 7240. The funeral for Florence will be held at St Mary's Catholic Church, Maxwell Road, Blenheim, on Wednesday, July 4, at 12 midday, followed by interment at the Fairhall Cemetery.

We got to know Flo at the Special Care Unit at Bob Scott home in Petone. She always had a smile and was happy to have a chat to us visitors. She was known as 'Aunty Flo' and we saw her as a matriarch in many ways.
Thanks Flo - miss you.

A lovely lady now at peace with her beloved Ernie. Jan and I have fond memories of these two and send our love to the Brook family. It was a pleasure and an honour to have known and cared for Flo and Ernie during their time at Redwood.
