Robyn,
My deepest condolences to you for the loss of Frank
I have fond memories as a child of a Christmas celebration the Shaw family spent with you and Frank, one year,at a pub that´s now gone (in Gt South Rd - The Dandelion?),that was an adventure
I took away the biggest cigar(a trophy)and kept it safe until my 21st birthday years later...I was ill during the smoking of said cigar..
Frank won´t be forgotten..

Robyn, Janelle and Frank´s Family. I was so sad to hear of Franks passing when Jel messaged me. If Stan was here he would have been very sad to know his dear friend had passed. I remember some great times we have had with you and all Franks brothers and sisters. When I was repping for Toops I used to call in and see Frank at the Wellington Workingmen´s Club and we would always have a good chat. I think the last time we saw you was on the day of the big Christchurch earthquake. We were in our motorhome in the supermarket car park in Hawera and we came to your place and stayed. It was nice to have your company on such an awful day where our Christchurch family were in despair and had lost their home.

I know if Stan was still here he would be telling many stories from his and Frank´s days in the Police and the many antics they got up to, but I am sure they will meet up and have a beer or two and talk of all the wonderful times they had as good mates.

My love to you Robyn and Jel, it is a hard journey from here but I Know you will have lots of support.

To Robyn and family, my heartfelt condolences on the passing of Frank. He was a great man, and a much respected friend and mentor to me in the Bowling Club. It won't feel the same to enter the clubrooms and not hear him say "Carry on rewardless", and may I say I'll always feel reqarded for having had him in my life. Unfortunately I won't be able to attend Frank's farewell and will be thinking of you all. However, I have been thinking, and will always think, of him with fondness. Cheers Frank, RIP mate.
