Gavin SCOBIE Obituary

I'll never forget the times we had in your old Grocers Van and our days with friends swimming at Craiglochart. Was also great to catch up in Sydney in the late 70's. I always thought the world of you....farewell old friend.

Gavin was a wonderful friend and I have lovely memories of him from Sydney and the Gold Coast many years ago. We lost touch but recently found each through Facebook but as I am currently living in Spain we never got a chance to meet up again in person. But I have wonderful memories of a kind and happy man living life his way and I will never forget him.

Gav you played your life just the way you wanted, and had lots of fun on the way, I loved our little chats when I rung you each day, sometimes you were good sometimes not but never the less I still chatted on,Gavin I hope your next journey is just as much fun as your first, Vivienne.

To Mr Scobie and Heather I am very sad that you lost Gavin he was a great guy always had a smile.

Gavin was a long lost friend of mine that has never been forgotten. We once shared a flat together in Cremorne Sydney and we had many fun times & good laughs. Throughout my life have held always held fond memories of Gavin and some of the antics we once got up to. I am so sad I did not get the chance to see him before he passed.
