Ian Herbert (Toby):
On April 4, 2023, peacefully at his home with family at his side, in his 81st year. Adored and loved partner of Judy Young. Respected father of Leslie (Perth), Darren (Blenheim), and Vanessa Bullen (Greymouth). A loved grandfather, great-grandfather and a loved brother of the Billington families. Fondly remembered by Judy's family from Auckland, Japan and Singapore.
