NICHOLSON, Irene:
On November 17, 2022 passed away at Hospice Marlborough, Blenheim, aged 79 years. Beloved wife of Terry and the late Chris. Loved mother of Paul, and the late Derek and Russell. Much loved grandmother of Sean and Alexandra, and remembered fondly as a friend of Karen and Janis. A funeral service for Irene will be held at the Woodbourne Chapel, Base Woodbourne Blenheim, at 1.00pm on Tuesday, November 22, followed by interment at the Fairhall Cemetery. For those unable to attend, the service will be streamed and can be viewed on the Cloudy Bay Funeral Services website. Due to Base Security, photo identification needs to be presented at the entrance gate. Please arrive between 12.30pm and 12.50pm.
