BRIAN BONFIGLIO Obituary

BONFIGLIO, Brian Joseph Born on May 12, 1965, in Boston, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on August 2, 2024, in Norfolk, Virginia, at the age of 59. With heavy hearts, his family and friends mourn his passing while celebrating the life he lived. A proud Veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Brian dedicated his life to the service of his country, embodying the values of honor, courage and commitment. His unwavering dedication and sense of duty have left an indelible mark on all who knew him. Brian is preceded in death by his beloved mother, Mary Ellen (Chisholm) Bonfiglio. He leaves behind a loving family who will continue to cherish his memory: his wife, Nicole Bonfiglio; his father, Robert Bonfiglio; his daughters, Alexandra Hicks and her husband, Jessie and Alexis Bonfiglio and her companion, Christian; his sister, Christine Espenhain and her husband, Craig; his brother, Anthony Bonfiglio; and four adoring grandchildren. A Funeral Service to honor Brian's life will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2024, at 2 p.m. at Altmeyer Funeral Home - Maestas Chapel, located at 1801 Baltic Avenue, VIRGINIA BEACH, VA. A Memorial Mass will also be celebrated at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, Sharon, MA, on Saturday, August 31, at 4:30 pm.
