A wonderful inspirational woman, sadly missed by the wonderful world of little girls and their ponies. I was 1 and spent every sat at Janey's riding ponies. 4 of us girls would ride big Turk bareback down Russely road. What precious memories. Rest in peace Janey a life well lived

One of lifes true treasures. I fondly remember Janey for her quick dry wit, wonderful laughter and genuine love of all things equestrian. A wonderful mentor when I was young. So grateful for her wisdom. Sincere condolences to the family. Robyn Woods

Andrew and Susha, I always had great respect for your Mum - her equestrian knowledge and no nonsense manner - and was lucky to have learned a lot form her through Pony Club and having private lessons with her. Later I worked with her on the Oxford A&P Committee. Her dry humour made her a perceptive commentator of all she observed. I recall giving you apples to eat while you waited for Janey to teach me lessons when you were small, well behaved kids! Thinking of you at this time. RIP Janey, you made an impact on my life!

RIP Janey, I was one of the many "pony club kids" who enjoyed your teaching, at Nelson Pony Club.
