Remembering Joan with so much love and fondness. My time spent working with her I will never forget. She was full of fun and knowledge and never seemed to age. So sad I couldn´t be with her family and friends to say goodbye and celebrate her wonderful life. Fondest thoughts to all. Dianne Croad.

Joan,
So sad to hear the news today.
Such great memories of working together at Herds, your quick wit, knowledge, friendship, support, kindness and your smile.
Everytime we met, over these past 30+ years, you were always the same ... never seemed to age, the sparkle in the eye, the laughter, twirling those pearls ... I'll miss you.
Sending deepest sympathy to Joan's family.

I have just watched Joan's beautiful service. Thankyou for sharing. My Mother Triss Cornish was Secretary of Bowls with Joan as President. They were great friends. I also knew Joan.
Joan was the only person who rung me when my mum died.
This is something I will never forget.
Regards to all the family

Judith,
Thinking of you at this time , in the loss of Joan.
Always a cheerful recognition, and so helpful
when David and I had many visits to Herd's for
special things. A life well lived, memories for you
all to keep close.
