Lesley SHEED Obituary

I have many fond childhood memories of Miss Sheed giving me piano lessons for a number of years. She was always smiling and lovely :)

Oh, Aunty Lesley, our tributes are mere trinkets compared to the reward God has for you. I hear Him say, "Well done, my good and faithful child."

You devoted a lifetime to your mum and dad, sister Audrey, and, of late Brenda, not forgetting Kathryn in Auckland - posting your letter of the week´s events every Sunday night after church. We remember your Cortina pulling up every Sunday to take us children to Sunday school and later to church. Your Christmas gifts, piano lessons, horse visits, picnics, sing-alongs, photos on the porch steps, recitals, perming sessions, and being best friends with our mum, Annie. You were the pillar of support, love, and care through the years. The daily prayers you breathed brought many blessings.

It is one of our greatest treasures to have known you. You are now with your beloved family once again - you have fought the good fight, you have finished the course, you have kept the faith.
