Leslie SMITH Obituary

Passed away on Thursday August 24, 2023. In his 98th year. Dearly loved husband and soulmate of Betty Katheline Marie Smith. Much-loved father of Pauline, Maree, Ross, and Lorraine (deceased). Loved father-in-law of Graham, Ross (deceased), and Marissa. Cherished grandfather of Travis, Stephen (deceased), Natasha, Melissa, Rhea, Ethan and Meaghan. Loved great grandfather of his 12 great-grandchildren. Dearly loved brother of Athol and Rose (deceased), Vera, Ollie (deceased), Jean and Vincent (deceased), Freda, Selwyn (deceased), Thelma and Harry, Robert and Kathy. Very special uncle and great uncle of all his nieces and nephews. A very special thanks to the wonderful staff at Redwood Lifestyle Care & Village who looked after Les so well. According to family wishes, Les has been privately cremated. A family memorial service to honour his life will take place at a later date, to be advised.
