Hi Lyn
I just saw Carol Gibbons in town today and she told me of Les's passing.
I am so sorry to hear this and want to express my condolences to you & your family.
As my first working boss you are fondly remembered as part of my days at DSW. Nowadays I am able to say how my career went sideways, as I now work over the road on the Kinross/ Scott Street intersection in the Electorate office of Stuart Smith, your MP!
I am also collecting the pension, are a JP & Celebrant, and looking to retire next year.

Your passing has left a huge gap Les.........But feel so privileged to have known you and have so many fond memories to treasure. Laughing until it hurt on so many occasions........ you certainly knew how to make people feel comfortable in your presence and will be missed so much. I hope you are riding in the hills somewhere on your dancing white horse and Im pretty sure there will be a camera hanging around your neck with a bit of Mrs Les's famous fruit cake in your lunch bag. We are so sorry to hear of Les's passing. He was a wonderful guy who we are all so lucky to have met and spent time with on horses. He introduced us to Cavalcade 6 years and ago and bravely took 5 of us women on the last one. So many laughs and special memories with Les. He was the biggest gentleman we have ever met. So sorry to hear of Lesleys passing as a kid I spent a lot of time at Aunty Lil's and have some wonderful memories with that family. The pain will be great as the love for Lesley was great. Love to all.
