Sad to her of Marys passing, she helped with the birth and care of my 2 youngest sons, Liam and Oliver when we lived in Mosgiel, I was delighted to see her again when we moved to Picton

Mary I remember you for your kindness in a very difficult situation

Wonderful summertime memories of Salthill holidays with Mary and her siblings will always be with me and be cherished. What a special, loving and caring person Mary was. Her family was so lucky to have her in their lives and my heart and thoughts go to Norman and their sons and families and Mary's siblings.

I first met Mary over 10 years ago. She was such a warm and wonderful colleague. At dheis Dé go raibh a hanam dílis (an Irish saying meaning may her sweet soul rest at the Lord's right side)

I have fond memories of Mary, she was very thoughtful and kind and really looked after me in the early stages of a work set up in Clonmel. May she rest in peace.

Mary was such a kind and caring person, and devoted midwife. Mary helped us with the birth of my two girls (2004 and 2001) when we lived in Dunedin. Our thoughts are with you all at this time.

Norman, Andrew, Rory and Paddy, it is with a heavy heart and with great sadness I say good bye to Mary.
Such very good woman indeed and a privilege to be her friend for 36 years. I will miss her.
