To all the medical staff and friends including Tony Becker, the Palliative Care Team, Debbie Watson, and Fiona and Kirsten McLaren, we wish to express our heartfelt gratitude for the extraordinary care, compassion and support you provided to Pat during her final days. Your dedication and kindness made an immense difference, bringing comfort and dignity to Pat's journey. We also extend our sincere thanks to everyone who sent emails, letters, and messages of condolence. Your kind words and memories of Pat have been a great comfort during this difficult time.
