Always a great friend and confidante who taught me so much about aviation during the time we worked together at Safe. Kids, he spoke of you often, so very proud of his family. Rest in peace Paul.

To the Day family
Our memories of Paul are of a kind and generous man. We had great times together in the earlier years when our children were growing up, with camping motorbiking and just being families. Years go by and we go our own ways but you will always be remembered as a good friend, rest in peace brother

To Tim, Dell, Lisa, Chris, Jenna and whanau
The day I met Paul was one of the most memorable days of my life. When his oldest son Tim married my daughter Jenna. It was one of the few times I did met Paul but one of the most beautiful days. We struck a cord, and shared some great conversation. You will be sadly missed by ya family and friends Paul. You struggled through many challenges but we never thought this would be how things would pass on.
I remember the day Tim went and picked up ya motorcycle here in Christchurch and had the privilege of having it for a free days, riding with the wind in his hair again before you came and claimed it back. RIP Paul.
May the Lord Bless You, may he shine his light on you and give you and the family Peace. Love Cathie and Doug Bills

So sad to see a fellow RNZAF cadet of 1976 leave our fold. I worked with Paul over many years and at different bases. Later on in his life and jobs I would stop and talk as he was working by the Taylor river. RIP Paul. Kal and Bridget Quaife
