Richard VINING Obituary

Passed away peacefully on February 8, 2025, aged 95 years. Most dearly beloved husband of the late Kay (Kathleen). Treasured and loved dad and pop of Susan and Martin Perkins (Brisbane), Philip and Wendy (Picton), Michael and Cindy (Picton), and Helen and Alistair Lash (Hokitika). Adored pop and Poppa of his 12 grandchildren Nicola, Jason; Nigel, Craig, Lisa; Daniel, the late Hannah, Chloe; Robbie, Andy, Mike, and James, and grandad pop to his 16 great-grandchildren. Loved and respected brother and brother-in-law of Pete and Bev. Very much loved by all his extended family and friends. A private cremation has taken place. A memorial service to celebrate Dick's life will be held at Shone and Shirley Funeral Directors, 164 Tahunanui Drive, Nelson, on Monday, February 24, 2025 at 2.00pm.
