My best mate since we were about 11 years old. Loved him to bits. The nicest guy you could ever wish to meet. I last saw him about 3 years ago in Leicester when he was visiting the UK with Susanne. For the first time ever - we had a man hug when I was leaving, and that was the last time we met in the flesh. I looked up to the man as we were growing up and a better friend you could not wish for. Love to all the family.

Rest in Peace, Rob, our beloved nephew and cousin. Thank you for the precious memories, and a life lived well. We remember fondly you proudly wearing your smart RAF uniform, the adventures you´ve had in many far-flung places, your devotion to your family and loved ones, and your years of dedication to the job you loved. A big smile for everyone you met, and the ability to see the positive in every situation. You will be sadly missed by us all. Our deepest condolences to Susanne, Bill and Philip and their families, who are in our thoughts and prayers at this time.
