Roger GILL Obituary
Roger Bernard William:
Peacefully at Hospice Marlborough on September 26, 2019, aged 76 years. Beloved husband of Joanna, and much loved father of Chris and Grandad of Arna-Maria. Much Loved and respected step-father to Alexander, Jonathan and Christopher Ritchie and Grandad Rog to Story, Ash and Zoe. Special thanks to the staff of Hospice Marlborough for their wonderful care and support. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Marlborough would be appreciated and may be left at the service. Messages to the family can be placed in Roger's tribute book online at www.tributes.co.nz or posted c/- PO Box 14-366, Kilbirnie 6241. A service for Roger will be held at St James' Church, 71 Woburn Road, Lower Hutt, on Tuesday, October 1, at 2.00pm, thereafter private cremation.

Have only today, learnt of Rogers passing. Such a wonderful Guy! My thoughts are for Joanna a nd all of Roger's Family. Many fine memories exist over nearly 30 years when we first met. Rest in great Peace Roger. Laurie Marks.Wellington.

Dear Roger...We will all miss you so much and always loved to see you when you visited us in Australia. You were always smiling and singing and enjoying life, as a result, we have wonderful memories of our times together. You were my "little" Brother and a special Uncle to us all. Roger...the best BIG Brother anyone could have. I will miss you forever and will miss talking and laughing about the funny things that mean so much to you and me. Memories of our childhood together are precious and will never be forgotten. You leave behind a wonderful legacy to your family and many friends and I know they were lucky to have known you so well. Our love to Joanna for the amazing care she took to make your last days so comforting and peaceful.
