Ross KAIN Obituary

After a brave and valiant battle, Ross passed away at Christchurch Hospital surrounded by family, on November 2, 2023. Aged 66 years. Much loved husband of 43 years to his beloved and treasured wife Anthea. Adored father and father-in-law of Cameron and Megan, Claire and Mike. Cherished Grandad of Annabelle and Harrison, Archie and Jorja. Much loved brother and brother-in-law of Neil and Helen, Ian and Helen and Janet and Wayne. Loved son of the late Maurice and Lois and uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. A loved and respected friend and colleague to many. Ross's family would like to pay special tribute to the professionalism and dedication of all staff at both the Wairau and Christchurch hospitals. Messages to www.cloudybayfunerals.co.nz. In lieu of flowers, donations to the NZ Flying Doctor Service Trust (Acc. No. 03 1702 0403570 00 Ref: Kain) would be appreciated. At Ross's request a private Memorial Service will be held.
