Husband of Kyoko, father of Jonathon and Nicola, grand-father of Madeleine, Alexander, Laurence and Harriet, great- grandfather of Noah, Louis, Maisie and Mia, father-in-law of Catherine and Janos, grandfather-in-law of Pieter and Claire, brother of Barbara, brother-in-law of John, uncle of Christine, Peter, Catherine, Kate and Matthew. A funeral service will be held at 11.00am on Friday, May 6 at St Swithun's Anglican Church, Pymble, NSW, Australia. In lieu of flowers, donations to St Swithun's Church would be appreciated.
