Vernon Francis (Jim):
Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on November 23, 2014. Aged 85 years. Much loved husband and best friend of Pat for 56 years. Father and father-in-law to Jan and Derek, Peter and Cheryl, Mike and Carolyn, Vern and Tracy, Brendan and Tania, Susie and John, Kath and Geoff, Ruth and Don. Much loved Pop to his 21 grandchildren.
"We know you would be with us today if Heaven wasn't so far away".
Messages to 9 Elmwood Ave, Blenheim 7201. In lieu of flowers, a donation to St John's Ambulance, C/- PO Box 467, Blenheim 7240 would be appreciated or may be made at the service. A Funeral Service for Vern will be held at St Mary's Catholic Church, Maxwell Road, Blenheim, on Thursday, November 27, at 1.00pm, followed by interment at Fairhall Cemetery.
