My condolences to Harald and Family. Yvonne, thank you for your lasting friendship, which began through Altrusa Nelson in the mid 80s. I'll miss your chuckles and wise counsel.

Sending love and thoughts to Harald and the Kleiven family during this sad and difficult time.
I was so lucky to work with Yvonne for many years at AA Travel. We had some great work trips together and Yvonne would always take on the Mother Hen role and look after us all. These trips were always so much fun trying to cram as much into the few days we had managed to get off work all together. She was always so full of life and I loved all her quirky sayings that I still find myself saying even now. Yvonne (or Mrs K as she was known) will always hold a special place in my heart. She was a wonderful mentor and friend and I cherished the time spent with her. xx

Our thoughts are with Harold and family as they find their way through this journey. Yvonne was a treasured Lioness and greatly respected as a committed and hard working member of the Lioness Club of Nelson. Yvonne was always thinking of fun and exciting projects which always made a huge impact on our club's ability to raise funds for donating back to the community of Nelson. Our "Ships Dinner & Dance" is one of my favourite memories of Yvonne's leadership and how she was able to turn an idea into reality. Yvonne continued to keep in touch with various members when they moved to Blenheim. Only recently she called me about some ideas and information she was holding onto about projects our club could do. Yvonne is a true lady and loyal friend who is missed by us all.

Wishing all of Yvonne´s family peace, comfort and lots of love in this time of such sadness, with the loss of a very special lady indeed xx
Yvonne was a dear colleague of mine over many years working at the AA ... she made a difference in my life.. so much so that those years will always be some of my most cherished work memories. Her Musical stage show CD´s constantly playing in the office, trips to Phantom of the Opera, a crazy fun time in Fiji and many conferences were shared in her company - always fun, positive and oh so nurturing xx we all looked upon her as our mother hen !!
I have not seen Yvonne in a very long time but learning of her passing made me so sad... the end of an era for me but... the beginning of another beautiful journey for Yvonne
